Adult-managed participation
ZURIO's accounts, payments, private messages, prayer requests, and support channels are for adults supporting children. A parent, guardian, teacher, church leader, caregiver, or other trusted adult must manage these interactions. ZURIO does not invite children to begin private conversations with ministry workers.
Respectful, age-appropriate ministry
Content should honour children, remain age-appropriate, avoid exploitation and unnecessary fear, and handle sensitive experiences with care. Public use of a child's image, story, testimony, prayer request, health information, or identifying details requires appropriate adult consent and safeguarding review.
Privacy and communication boundaries
Adults should share only the information needed for support. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, precise live locations, confidential health records, or unnecessary identifying information about a child. ZURIO may preserve and report communications when required to protect a child or meet a legal obligation.
Urgent danger and reporting
ZURIO is not an emergency service. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority now. Concerns about ZURIO content, conduct, or communication should be reported by an adult through the Contact page with enough information for a prompt review.
